Near-net forming, reduce processing volume: powder metallurgy technology can directly press metal powder into gear blanks close to the final shape. After sintering, the dimensional accuracy is high, and there is no need for a lot of cutting (such as turning, milling, grinding, etc.), and the material utilization rate can reach more than 95% (the material utilization rate of traditional mechanical processing is often lower than 5 0%).
